Services

At Trauma Recovery, we provide specialized training, education, and support for victims of sexual violence, and for those who support them - personally, and professionally.

Services include individual support, and group support; workshops for survivors, for their loved ones, and for the professionals who support them. Training and education is also provided for anyone interested in how best to work with people who have been traumatised by child sexual abuse.

A selection of these services are detailed below.

Therapeutic Interventions For  Individuals

For people who would like to understand themselves and their responses to trauma, I offer one-to-one sessions. The goal is not to "fix" you, because you're not broken. Rather it is to equip you with the knowledge, awareness, and skills, to cope with the after-effects of what you have been through.

Therapeutic Interventions For Groups

Parents who were sexually abused as children derive much benefit from The Lilac Programme while daughters of narcissistic mothers learn and grow through The Ivy Programme. Women who are interested in reclaiming their sexuality post-sexual violence are invited to join The Pink Orchid training.

Training For Professionals

Healthcare providers, teachers, social workers, and other professionals will often encounter people who have histories of sexual violence. I offer training to equip you on how best to respond to, and work with, those of us who have such histories.
